The recycling of poultry and livestock waste is becoming an increasingly important task in the context of sustainable development and environmental conservation. As part of the drive for more efficient waste management of livestock and poultry farming, a system of fines has been introduced for violating the requirements for handling by-products of these industries. This system not only establishes strict liability measures for violations during storage, transportation, processing and processing of manure and manure, but also provides for fines in case of threats to human health and the environment, as well as the occurrence of epidemics and epizootics.
The Biostrategy company, in partnership with the academician of the International Academy of Sciences of Ecology and Life Safety (MANEB), the author of the project – Gennady Nikolaevich Kosyanenko, offers an innovative solution in the field of waste processing of animal husbandry and poultry farming.
We offer you to purchase technology and equipment for the production of a special composition of potassium humate based on peat ECOR-K, which is an enzyme, and a technological scheme (regulation) for the disinfection of poultry manure and animal husbandry waste with its help, resulting in a highly effective organic fertilizer.
We offer you to produce the ECOR-K enzyme on our site using a patented technology by installing a production line from our company. In fact, each factory has a manure and manure storage facility, where we propose to mix the waste with this enzyme in an appropriate proportion. We provide the proportions in the technical regulations developed for a specific site and a specific waste. Also, this enzyme application process can be implemented directly when cleaning waste from poultry houses and animal farms – it is also worked out individually at the request of the Customer. When applying potassium humate ECOR-K, a homogeneous mass is formed in which complex compounds of humate with sulfur- and nitrogen-containing, as well as indole-type compounds are formed.
This allows you to get rid of the unpleasant smell of manure and manure in 72 hours and transfer them from the 3rd to the 5th hazard class (practically not dangerous). We not only succeeded, but also received State registration and all permits for the final products in Russia. You can study the results of applying the composition on the litter in detail at the link: (Added a link to the LITTER RESULTS file AFTER ECOR-K) Given the strict control regulated by laws and regulations on the ecology of poultry and livestock by the State, we are confident that the technology we offer will solve this problem.
Our poultry and livestock waste recycling technology represents an innovative approach to eliminating environmental problems and improving production efficiency. Modern methods of waste treatment and disposal of enterprises in this sector are often not effective enough and can have a negative impact on the environment. Our solution is based on an integrated approach that includes innovative technologies that not only eliminate the problem of pollution, but also turn waste into valuable resources, thus contributing to the sustainable development of the agricultural sector.
Stage 1
Each production line and production technology is individual. They are designed and manufactured strictly according to the Customer's specifications.
In addition to the manufacture of equipment, we provide a complete technical regulation of production and methods of application of the finished product. Depending on the order, from 5 liters to 10,000 liters can be produced on the lines in 8 hours.
The line will produce a special composition of potassium humate, which is an enzyme – you can study its composition and principle of action in detail at the link: (ссылка на файл БИОФЕРМЕНТАЦИЯ ПОМЕТА)
The lines can be manufactured:
combined made of polypropylene and stainless steel.
made entirely of stainless steel, or entirely of polypropylene, which can be designed to produce ECOR-K for litter.
The production time of the lines (depending on the complexity and material of manufacture) is from 45 to 90 working days.
It is recommended to divide the room into 3 sections:
1st section
The area is 50-100 m2, insulated, with air ventilation and a floor-to-ceiling height of 4.5-5 m. This site is intended for the preliminary preparation of peat: sieving, fluffing and activation by ultraviolet light. The walls should be painted in light colors.
2nd section
The 3rd section
The production workshop should be equipped with bathrooms, a rest room, a locker room for employees, and a shower. It is recommended to allocate another room for the equipment of a mini-laboratory for the implementation of quality control of products – calculated at the request of the Customer.
On the adjacent territory to the workshop there is a site for the shipment of finished products and a preliminary storage for storing peat.

General requirements for the room:
Supply of electricity 100-160 kW/ h.
The ceiling height is 4.5-5m, the floors should be leveled, the walls and ceilings painted in light colors.
Water is supplied at the rate of 20-30 m3 for 8 hours for production and technical needs.
4-6 people of the working staff are involved in the production.
The production is completely environmentally safe and waste-free.
All equipment is not subject to certification and control by technical services.
The manufactured products are environmentally safe, have state permits and registrations in different countries of the world, including the Russian Federation, are standardized, designed for disinfection of soils, soils, wastewater and man-made waste storage sites.
Stage 2
The treatment of chicken manure (or manure) with the ECOR-K enzyme leads to the elimination of a specific odor. Increasing the pH of the medium reduces the rate of biodegradation of nitrogen-containing organic substances of manure, reduces soil acidification after application, and contributes to the uniform intake of nitrates into the soil.
Humic acids contain amino groups that are difficult to biodegrade in the composition of aromatic nuclei, capable of forming salts and charge transfer complexes with a nitrate anion, which also leads to a uniform supply of nitrate to the soil. As a result of the application, the beneficial microflora increases by more than 9 times, and the pathogenic one decreases by 25 thousand times. With an amount of 30-50 liters / ton of "ECOR-K" humate, the process of accelerated processing takes place, as a result, it is possible to preserve the macro- and micro-components in the form in which they were originally laid down. The percentage of macro- and micro-components does not change, ammonia nitrogen decreases.
Ammonia, formed in manure (manure) and water during the decomposition of organic substances, is rapidly oxidized to nitrogenous and then to nitric acid - this process is called nitrification. However, the reverse process begins immediately in parallel - denitrification. The increase in the concentration of ammonium ions goes on for almost a day, after which a decrease in ammonia begins, without resuming the denitrification process. The minimum content of ammonium ions is reached on the second and third days, which is confirmed by an increase in nitrites and nitrates, this indicates the transition of ammonium ions to other types of nitrogen absorbed by plants, and the possibility of using recycled manure in the form of organic fertilizer with a high nitrogen content. Moreover, this process takes place at a natural temperature, that is, it does not require additional heating. The processing technology depends on the content and age of the bird.
Therefore, the process lasts at least 72 hours.
After 7 days, the litter is a crumbly mass from dark brown to black in color, without the characteristic smell of ammonia and other unpleasant odors. The mass is crumbly and suitable for use in the fields. As can be seen from the analysis, she was saturated with microflora, and the fermentation process continued.
In terms of the content of harmful substances and heavy metals, in terms of the content of macro- and microelements necessary for the normal development of plants, the resulting product meets the requirements of TU 984900300008064 - 95 and SanPiN 2.1.7.573 - 96.
The resulting highly effective fertilizers are recommended for use in agriculture and horticultural areas to restore soil fertility, obtain higher yields, increase the nutritional properties of plants and their resilience to diseases and weather fluctuations. According to their aggregate state, the fertilizers obtained are convenient for mechanical application to fields and for manual application to beds.
