Consent for processing

I hereby freely, of my own will and in my own interest, for the purposes of concluding a contract for the sale of fertilizers, receiving services related to the conclusion of the sales contract, including delivery of goods, receiving notifications regarding the Goods or services provided, responses to inquiries, and information about the assortment of Goods, give my consent to Joint Stock Company “Scientific and Production Association of Industrial Innovations in the Field of Bioorganic Fertilizers” (JSC “NPO ‘Biostrategy’”) (TIN 7802920622, PSRN 1227800004850, address: 194021, St. Petersburg, intracity municipal district Svetlanovskoe, 21 Murinsky Ave., Bldg. 34, Unit 1, Letter B, Premises 46N) (hereinafter – the Operator) for the processing of my personal data, namely:

• full name,
• contact information (phone number, email address, postal address),
• other information necessary for the above purposes and/or specified in the feedback form on the Website.

The personal data may be transferred only for the purposes listed above to:

• the hosting provider;
• mail service providers;
• a CRM system;
• other parties providing services to the Operator.

These parties may process personal data on behalf of the Operator and are not entitled to use it for their own purposes.

As part of the processing, the Operator is entitled to collect, record, systematize, accumulate, store, update (modify), use for the conclusion of service contracts, block, delete, as well as transfer to third parties assisting the Operator in providing services, my personal data. Personal data is processed in a form that allows identification of the personal data subject.

The Operator has the right to process personal data without the consent of the personal data subject in cases established by Federal Law, namely subparagraphs 2–11 of Part 1 of Article 6, Part 2 of Article 10, and Part 2 of Article 11 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” dated 27.07.2006.

Consent to the processing of personal data is considered granted when the data is submitted through any form on the Website and is recorded in the Operator’s consent log. It remains valid until withdrawn in writing by sending a notice to info@biostrategy.ru, or no longer than required for the purposes of processing personal data, unless the retention period is established by federal law or by a contract to which the personal data subject is a party, beneficiary, or guarantor.
