BIOstrategy Company, in collaboration with domestic specialists in microbiology, has developed and implemented a technology for producing organic fertilizer from chicken manure compost. This technology preserves the initial value of the fertilizer, prevents the conversion of nitrogen into ammonia, and allows highly effective bacterial strains to be applied to the granules.

BIOstrat Organic Fertilizer with Microbiology

This product is the result of the fermentation of chicken manure into high-quality compost, which is then dried at high temperatures, granulated, and coated with 7 strains of bacteria in dry form.

Granules: cylindrical, dark brown in color, 5 mm in diameter and approximately 10 mm in length. They do not have a strong unpleasant odor. The bulk density of the granules is 600–650 kg/m3.

Composition:

  • Nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P), potassium (K), essential for plants
  • Full range of micronutrients: calcium (Ca), magnesium (Mg), sulfur (S), zinc (Zn), boron (B), iron (Fe)
  • Over 80% organic matter
  • BIOGOR Microbiological Complex, containing soil bacteria:

    • Bacillus subtilis
    • Pseudomonas asplenii
    • Azotobacter chroococcum

The titer of microorganisms is not less than 107 CFU.

How BIOstrat Works in Soil:

When the granule enters the soil, soil moisture activates the release of bacteria from their spore state. These bacteria begin to convert the nutrients from the granule into a form accessible to plants. During their life cycle, they suppress pathogenic microorganisms, improve plant nutrition, and maintain a balance of micronutrients throughout the growing season. Initially, plants feed on the elements from the granule, and then the bacteria activate the nutrients from the soil itself.

The production process of BIOSTRAT 5-4-4 fertilizer begins with the fermentation of poultry manure, which is transformed into high-quality compost. This compost is then dried at high temperatures and granulated, preserving all the essential elements—nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P), and potassium (K).

The key innovation in the technology is that a microbiological component block is mechanically applied to each granule, containing a consortium of soil bacteria. This microbiological complex includes strains of:

  • Bacillus subtilis,
  • Pseudomonas asplenii,
  • Azotobacter chroococcum.

The microorganisms are added to the granules in dry form, ensuring their preservation and high activity after being introduced into the soil.

Key features of the technology:

  1. Poultry manure fermentation. This process not only preserves all valuable macro- and micronutrients but also prevents the harmful conversion of nitrogen into ammonia, which can be detrimental to plants. Fermentation also reduces strong unpleasant odors.
  2. High-temperature drying and granulation. Drying at high temperatures ensures that all pathogens and harmful microorganisms in the raw material are destroyed, while beneficial components are preserved in the granule.
  3. Application of the microbiological complex. After granulation, a layer of bacteria is applied to the surface of the fertilizer. These microorganisms are activated when they come into contact with soil and moisture, starting to convert the nutrients from the granule and soil into a form accessible to plants.
  4. Bacterial strains. The microbiological block includes bacterial strains that help:

    • Increase the availability of nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium;
    • Optimize soil acidity;
    • Reduce pathogenic levels;
    • Improve plant nutrition throughout the growing season.
