The company “BIOstrategy” has developed an innovative technology for producing organo-mineral fertilizers based on chicken manure and cattle manure, which preserves the value of nutrients and prevents nitrogen loss by avoiding its conversion into ammonia.

What are BIOstrat organo-mineral fertilizers (OMF)?

BIOstrat OMF is a product of the fermentation of chicken or cattle manure, mixed with mineral additives and processed into high-quality compost. After fermentation, the compost is dried at high temperatures and granulated.

Fertilizer Characteristics:

  • Granules: Cylindrical, dark brown, with a diameter of 4 mm (for seeders) and 5 mm (for ROMs), averaging 10 mm in length. The fertilizer does not have a strong unpleasant odor.
  • Bulk density: 600-650 kg/m3.
  • Composition: Nitrogen (N), Phosphorus (P), Potassium (K), Calcium, Magnesium, Sulfur, Zinc, Boron, Iron. More than 70% organic matter and mineral additives to increase NPK content.

Technology Advantages:

  1. Nutrient Preservation: The processing of fresh organic matter preserves organic compounds and allows direct soil mineralization, providing more complete nutrient and energy supplies for plants.
  2. Efficient Nutrient Use: Complex slow-release compounds fix nitrogen and potassium, reducing their mobility, while phosphorus becomes readily available for plants. The nutrient utilization rate reaches 90–95%, reducing application doses compared to mineral fertilizers.
  3. Soil Microflora Activation: Organic matter, combined with minerals, stimulates soil microorganisms, improving nitrogen immobilization and organic matter mineralization. This promotes efficient use of soil nitrogen and microbial activity.

Research Results:

Scientific studies have shown that even with full mineral nitrogen supply to plants, at least 50% of the nitrogen content in the crop is derived from organic matter decomposition and microbial activity. BIOstrat organo-mineral fertilizers fully meet these requirements.

Fertilizer Composition

By creating slow-release complex compounds:

  • Nitrogen and potassium are retained in the soil, reducing leaching,
  • Phosphorus is converted to a form readily available to plants.
